Founder of Women in Construction Corporation of Illinois a company where women can learn to develop real estate, become an investor, contractor or develop a trade. Tedora M. Brown Enterprises LTD. is a staffing agency and one of the few WBE and MBE Staffing Agency servicing women and men providing a second chance for all in the City of Chicago. Brown is se currently serving as the CEO.

As such,she is responsible for all operational and strategic leadership of all the organizations, business development,negotiations,licensing,endorsements,and asset acquisitions for all the entities.

Brown-Scott says,“I never thought of a career in construction,after 6 years of owning land Brown-Scott asked God to show her how to master developing real estate so she can help others. That’s what He (GOD) did”.

“Building affordable homes to custom homes then to commercial build, at that point I had no choice but to get more education and resources on this construction field,” says Brown-Scott.

Mrs.Brown-Scott has been instrumental in growing all Scottland businesses and brands.Under her leadership,the company's portfolio has expanded tremendously.Because of her passion for people and the need for helping others to gain ownership and another chance after failing the odds.

Mrs. Brown-Scott spearheaded the launch of several major initiatives.In 2022 Tedora M. Brown Publishing Incorporated was birth and with this company she became an author.Brown-Scott wrote and publicized her journey of defeat in the book,“The Power of Approval” overcoming adversity to achieve greatness.

Mrs. Brown-Scott served as President of The Dramon World Foundation est2015 after her 13yr old son passed away on the basketball court due to a heart condition (myocarditis) The DRAMONWORLD FOUNDATION which works to address the educational,health and heart associations within urban communities.Every year a fundraiser is implemented,and all proceeds go to the American Heart Association.

While leading the Foundation,Mrs. Brown-Scott developed Ratcliff Solutions Scholarship programs.Which allows kids from K5 - 2nd grade to stay in a private Christian school setting as they graduate from preschool.Mrs. Brown Scott is also the Founder of Little Shepherds Academy, est 2005 Little Shepherds Beginners est 2008 and Naperville Montessori Academy est 2015 which provides early childhood development to all children in an exquisite way.

Brown-Scott is a successful entrepreneur who is seasoned with a spirit of caring and concern for other minorities who face the challenges of financial struggles and diminished credit status.“I know how it is to fall from financial grace.I also know a myriad of methods to redeem yourself and work through the dilemma that often faces people who want to start or hold on to their businesses,” she says confidently.
